Public Library Fishing Pole Program every county in the 1st District.
This project was funded by the League of Kentucky Sportsmen License Plate. Caldwell County Sportsman Club was ask by 6th District Federation President Tina Hitchner if we would head the Public Fishing Pole Program in the 1st District. President Adam Cruzen was happy to write the License Plate Fund Grant and head the Project. Program is to allow anyone with a valid library card to check out a fishing pole and tackle just like they do with a book. Each public library sets their own policies on how they check out the fishing poles and tackle. This a great program for the area communities.
Was Granted $4,803.33 for this project.
Big Rivers WMA Stump Lake South Unit 11 acre impoundment for waterfowl and habitat improvement.

This Project was funded by the League of Kentucky Sportsmen License Plate. LBL Sportsman's Club President Eddie Joiner and the KDFWR John Zimmer wrote the License Plate Fund Grant. This is a waterfowl and habitat improvement project.
