Certified Wildlife Habitat Affiliate Incentive Program
About the program As the Kentucky State Affiliate to the National Wildlife Federation, The League, along with many other NWF state affiliate organizations, actively promote the Certified Wildlife Habitat program by encouraging residents to garden for wildlife and certify their properties with NWF. Like the League, many of the affiliates also work with schools to create and certify their properties with NWF.
The Affiliate Incentive Program has offered LKS a monetary incentive to promote NWF's habitat certification program within Kentucky.
How it works NWF provides a specially-coded paper application for use only by The League of Kentucky Sportsman.
For every LKS-coded application that is certified, we will receive $5 at the end of NWF's fiscal year.
League of Kentucky Sportsmen have been provided with a link to incorporate into our website which leads to the online affiliate-coded application. For each of these online certifications, LKS also receives $5.
